Not Sure What To Choose?: We offer a ‘Farm Girl’s Choice’ Facial which is the best to pick for a first time visit. Each facial can be tailored to suit your skin type and concerns which we will discuss in the consultation on the day so don't worry if you're not sure if it's right for you.

Voucher Bookings: If you would like to book your appointment with a Farm Girl gift voucher, you are able to enter this at checkout when booking online or within our app. If you require to book with more than one voucher, or are having any issues with your booking, please kindly contact the team by email at enquiries@farmgirlbysarahjane.com.

When purchasing a voucher, please enter the recipients name within the First and Last name fields.

Client Information Form: Please kindly ensure to complete this form prior to your appoinment so that we do not require to take this out of your treatment time to complete. This shall also help to ensure the health and safety of your treatment and allow you to enjoy your full treatment experience.

Cancellation Policy: Our policy is a 48-hour full charge policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will apply, as this time has been reserved especially for you. For cancellations made between 24–48 hours, we will always do our best to refill your appointment slot.
If we are able to do so, the charge may be reduced or waived.

Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are charged in full, and we’re unfortunately unable to refill appointments at this stage. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Reschedule: To reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand please follow the link on your confirmation email & there will be no fee charged. If there is no availability you will need to email enquiries@farmgirlbysarahjane.com but there is no guarantee outside of the policy.

Punctuality and Courtesy: Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will still be applied. We will do our best to extend the treatment depending on the time of our next client. Please remove makeup before your appointment to save time in your treatment.

Please note: If you have an active cold sore (herpes simplex outbreak), we will not be able to carry out facial treatments. This is to protect both you and your therapist. If a cold sore develops within 48 hours of your appointment, our standard cancellation policy still applies.

Pregnant Ladies: We cannot perform any treatments in your first trimester. After 12 weeks you can book the 'Mummy to be Massage', 'Mummy to be Bespoke Package', 'Mummy to be Top-To-Toe Ritual', 'Reflexology', 'A New Dawn' 'Essential Facial' or the 'Full Works' can be adapted, we have electrical three part moving beds and bolsters so we can get you and bump comfortable.

Oncology Treatments: Please contact us on enquiries@farmgirlbysarahjane.com to book. We really want to offer support so please do contact us. We have one therapist qualified in Oncology Massage and reflexology. We can go ahead with a gentle facial with consent from you and your consultant. We are in the process of training to allow for more treatments.
