We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee applies.

For cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment, we’ll try to refill your slot. If we can, the charge may be reduced or waived.

Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are charged in full.

To reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, use the link in your confirmation email. There is no fee. If you can’t find availability, please email us; our cancellation policy still applies.

Please arrive on time and remove makeup before your appointment.

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to finish at its scheduled time and the full charge will still apply.

We cannot carry out facial treatments while you have an active cold sore, to protect you and your therapist.

If a cold sore develops within 48 hours of your appointment, our standard cancellation policy applies.

We do not offer treatments during the first trimester.

The Essential Facial and Full Works can also be adapted. We have adjustable beds and bolsters to help keep you comfortable.

We have a therapist qualified in oncology massage and reflexology. A gentle facial may also be possible with consent from you and your consultant.
